At Golden Premium Hair, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility (30 Days)
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The item received does not match the description (style, length, color, or cap construction)
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service first.

2. Return Conditions (VERY IMPORTANT)
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
• Lace must NOT be cut
• Wig must be in original condition (no styling, no washing, no odor)
⚠️ Due to hygiene reasons, any used or altered wig cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Wait for return approval and instructions
3. Ship the item to the address provided
4. Send us your tracking number

4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect):

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
• Wigs with cut lace
• Customized wigs (cap size, color, style)
• Clearance / sale items
• Hair care products, accessories, or liquids
• Items returned without authorization

Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
• You received a defective or incorrect product
• The item is returned in original condition

We may offer a partial refund if:
• The item shows signs of minor use
• You prefer to keep the item

Customer-Initiated Return
If you return an item for personal reasons:
• A $20 CAD fee may be deducted (shipping/handling)
